  My mom passed last March and we used their services. They did a wonderful job I can't Imagine how hard it is for them having to deal with sad and hurting family members everyday.

  Steve Baldauff was such a wonderful help when my father died. He was very kind and patient as he walked my mother and me through the process of making decisions about the cremation, urn, funeral cards, and everything. He was kind enough to dress my father in his favorite outfit so that we could see him one last time before the cremation, and helped coordinate all of the arrangements with the church. He made a difficult time a little bit easier.

  The Director Gerald of this place has NO MANNERS OR RESPECT FOR FAMILY of the deceased SPEAKS DOWN TO YOU LIKE YOU MEAN NOTHING HIS INTEREST IS MONEY AND THAT'S IT. HE IS NOT SYMPATHETIC AT ALL. HE GIVES THE PLACE A BAD NAME AND HIS MANNERISM IS PATHETIC. HE ASKED WHO WAS THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF MY MOTHER WHEN WE INTRODUCED OUR SELVES HE SAID"RELAY THIS MESSAGE TO YOUR BROTHER"IF HE DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY BY CLOSING TODAY THERE WILL NOT BE ANY WAKE OR FUNERAL! " HE DID NOT SAY HE WAS SORRY FOR OUR LOSS NOT ONCE!BUT HE DID SAY HE WANTED HIS MONEY AND HE LITERALLY WOULDN'T ACCEPT INSURANCE! !HE WAS A JERK.No matter how nice and inviting the setting may look it does not match the Director this man was rude throughout our whole experience of just losing our mother. We have used this funeral in the past when my dad and brother passed and DID NOT EXPERIENCE THIS IN THE PAST. IT'S SAD THAT THIS PERSON HAS TAKEN OVER ONLY TO MAKE OUR GRIEVING PAIN WORSE HE WAS RUDE TO US AND OR GUEST I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR MICHAEL WAS PROFESSIONAL, HE WAS ACCOMADATING, HE WAS SYMPATHETIC UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS NOT THE PERSON PROVIDING SERVICE TO US.
